Kaiser Permanente and their Journey to Transform their Supply Chain

Kaiser Permanente's Laurel Junk, the Vice President of Supply Chain Management, and David McCormick, the Director of IT ERP Applications, spoke at Oracle OpenWorld last week.  Tim Vaio, the executive who helped drive this transformation along with Junk and McCormick, was also in attendance. It was the best presentation I saw. They were speaking on the supply chain transformation that Kaiser Permanente is undergoing.
